We’re going to my MIL’s for a couple of days. She’s from Texas and is very proud of her version. All I can say is it has roughly cut sirloin, chili beans, onion, chopped green pepper and topped with cheddar cheese. She refuses to divulge her spices!

I’m sure we’ll have a salad and fresh bread and butter.
