because under international law, NO state or sub-state has an inherent 'right to exist'. Generally speaking, states exist because groups of people amass enough political and economic power to make territorial claims and establish governments.

(For anyone unfamiliar with international law, by "state", they are referencing nations, not what Americans reference as "states" )

Therefore, it's not for me or anyone else to say, so why would you ask such a silly question?
