1. I am not saying it won't pass, but wouldn't it require removal of the filibuster in the Senate for it to pass?

If it passes it would be a nightmare to a lot of U.S. citizens to find proper documentation.

Ironically, this bullshit would make it more difficult for people actually born in the U.S. to track down their birth certificate or other such proof. Immigrants who have acquired their citizenship would probably have a much easier time to find their proof of Citizenship.

It is insane.
