My regular bird feeders are hanging outside my fenced courtyard. The damned geese--and a pair of ducks--have been coming up from the pond to scavenge for seeds dropped by other birds rooting for their favorite seeds from the feeders. They ate the tops off some lilies before they flowered. I go out and chase them away when I see them. Worse than squirrels! But they are fun to watch. One pair had one lone gosling this year. It was quite a little fluffer.
