that are fried with the yolk smashed but not mixed so the yolk cooks separately from the whites, one on top of the other. Just tap the yolk once. Do not stir. Put the baby spinach in the buttered frying pan first. Then add two eggs. Smash the yoke. Do not stir. Let the eggs cook like that with the whites and yolk separate.

The dipping egg yolk is so good. But, it's pretty much all vegetable oil with seasonings added.
