to my friends and family that are Trumpers! They will totally flip out and probably never speak to me again.

Something like -

"Ok, I'm sending you this....free online courses at Harvard University, just in case you have forgotten your civics class in HS or College. We all need a refresher from time to time. Hope you are doing well - this administration is making me sick at my stomach. ☮ "
