When he suggests Mattel won't sell one toy in the US. Mattel is a US company.

ETA: I found a longer clip - what he seems to be saying is that Mattel was threatening to leave the US - and if they did, he would put a 100% tariff on their toys (since they would all be imported from wherever they go) so they won't sell a single toy on the US.
