To Nazi accounts? There were always rumors post-war asking where did the Nazi loot go? Was it hidden in Swiss banks? Reichsbank was quietly morphed into 'new' German banks. Some could have been spirited to USSR as the intelligence operatives split loyalty between USA and USSR, some of it being simple survival, turf, geopolitics, or something else.

Is the World Bank or Bank of International Settlements of any use tracking what is going on, if anything is going on?
