My guess is that USAID helped the people in Africa aka the blacks and Musk didn't and still doesn't like that because @ his core he is an Afrikaner who see black people as inferior to white people and so he is shutting down USAID because of his racism and drug addled mind BTW Elon's grandfather moved his family from Canada to S. Africa because he supported Apartheid.
BTW Wasn't Trump talking about pulling aid to South Africa just yesterday because of something to do with White People's property there?
