If they do, it's another qualfied-immunity-jeopardizing action to bring up to a lawyer. At least unless thye are able to provide reasonable articulable suspicion that you have committed a crime, are committing a crime, or are intending to commit a crime.

Recording is not a crime. Refusing to ID without Reasonable Articulable Suspision is not obstruction.
