if someone was going to do a blood test for a physical soon...

but a couple hours before the test....

they went to Sheetz and ate a meatball sub and 2 chicken tenders....

and some yummy chocolate donuts....

hypothetically of course....

.... not a good thing?... but they didnt know better?
