3. Cheapest eggs at my local store was $7.49

Absolute cheapest dozen of basic white eggs were $7.49.

I honestly don’t know how folks afford them. Much of the year, I’m shoving two to three dozen eggs a week to my niece who lives round the corner. She and her husband have 3 little kids.

This time of year my ladies are taking their annual winter break, so I’m getting about 2 a day, which is perfect for Dh and I but doesn’t leave extras.
