2. There aren't enough shelters, so where are they supposed to go? Bulldozing their camps just causes more

misery. One person here was killed when a bulldozer ran over his tent and crushed him.

I’d like to see places where they are allowed to camp, not right on top of residential neighbourhoods, with bathrooms, laundry facilities, medical and social services, garbage collection, and security.
