2. Was just policy, not codified. Is now thanks to SCOTUS.

What are they talking about? That policy has already been disregarded as the cases have already been brought...the J6 one and the Manhattan DA one, a state charge. Both happened before the SCOTUS immunity ruling and IMO were not "oficial acts." One being trying to overthrow the government and the other paying off a porn star way before he was president.

Is Lisa Rubin correct on this?

And old Garland, very slow on proceeding on the J6 crime, is not wasting any time to get rid of these cases.

Is he a mole?
