i just went to my local dispensary w my paperwork.
they were very nice, and did all the paperwork entry, etc.
they told me i should be able to download a temporary card TOMORROW.
also, you dont have to give your fingerprints any more.
glad i just waited for them to get the bugs worked out before applying.
