It ain't doing SHIT when you have actual, real, acute pain.

Talking about the kind like when you need a root canal, or an appendectomy, or you've just come out of surgery where you just got cut wide open ... THC ain't touching any of that.

It may help you 'forget that you're in mild pain', but anyone who thinks it's an actual analgesic ... is pretty much just high.

And I say this as someone who quite likes pot ... going back to the 1970's ... it has it's values (especially as an anti-emetic/appetite enhancer), but imagining that THC is a potent painkiller ... is a joke.

Hell, alcohol is a better painkiller than pot ... and it sucks as one.
