Here's a good guide for those interested.

I use about a 1.5g of flowers to 1 oz of coconut oil as my ratio.
I fill 000 sized caps which I refrigerate. To use I pop them open, squeeze into my mouth, and let it dissolve. 2 work for me. It tastes good and works much quicker than waiting for the cap to dissolve in the stomach.
