I think you have to be 21 to buy it, but I don't think there are any other regulations on selling CBD. They also sell Delta 8, Delta 9, and flower everywhere. Some of that stuff will get you as high as if you're smoking weed. I'm not saying I want them to be more strict about selling that stuff, but it's kind of funny what we accept and what we disallow.
