I cant take away the pain, but I hope you can appreciate how much of a difference you made. I have had a very similar experience and the emotional fatigue was incredible, and maybe some guilt for not being able to do more. You need to choose gratitude for what you accomplished, above all else.
I dont know you but I love you, and theres not a damn thing you can do about it. ♥️

My late wife was a quadriplegic during our 27-year marriage. I was her primary caregiver.
