Lost more than 50 lbs. had trouble with nausea early on. I had a once a week injection. It helped a little to take it at night rather than in the morning. Gradually my symptoms lessened. My sister really had a tough time. Her doctor cut dosage in half and that helped. However, we are both pre-diabetic (I was before ozempic) and we didn’t need the medicine to produce insulin. Your situation of course is more critical if the drug was prescribed for you to help produce insulin.
