3. my blood sugar surprised me yesterday, too

got a reading if 130 before breakfast. Had a breakfast with a goodly amount of carbs (hash browns, piece of toast) I went grocery shopping and started feeling weird, Checked it when I got home, and it was down to 60. No idea why. Got that taken care of, then fell off the porch and broke my shoulder and elbow. (nothing to do with my blood sugar)
