DU4 Issue: phone randomly switches in and out of Skinner mode

I think that a number of the issues we're experiencing today might be related, and they're to do with stylesheet files not loading correctly. To be clear, we suspected that we would run into issues like this after launch -- while we did plenty of testing, there are some differences between the way the software runs on the test server vs. the main servers, and we were unable to predict exactly what errors might pop up when we switched to the main servers. Now that we've done the switch, we have to track down and squash any remaining bugs that we couldn't identify before. It's my hope that we will be able to resolve these issues quickly, but I appreciate your patience.

Could you give me some more information about this one? When you say it switches in and out of Skinner Mode, do you mean that sometimes the page looks like it should (ie. in Skinner Mode) and sometimes the page looks like DU4 default mode? Or does the page lose its styling entirely and just look like a bunch of basic text?

Have you noticed any pattern at all? Does the problem occur when you're doing anything specific? Can you reproduce the error by repeating a particular action, so the error occurs the same way each time? Or does it just appear to be truly random?
