Make sure to put TWO stamps on the envelope. For some reason it doesn't get there if you don't.

Enclose a check for $11.

When Shirley gets the mail, she sorts it pretty quick, unless the grandchildren are over or Arthur is having trouble with his gallbladder.

She'll send on your request to the "delete" team. Then they'll take care of everything. It only takes them a couple of weeks.
