Theres no question from his record that hes avidly pro-choice and supports womens access to comprehensive health care. He is willing to speak out about womens rights, and its likely hell have more to say about those issues as the campaign progresses.

willing to speak out, which means Bernie has spoken out because there is no other way the author would know whether or not Bernie is "willing" to speak out.
100% rating from NARAL, too. Doesn't get any better than that.
