Republicans have effectively controlled Congress despite not having majorities. Now that they do, I think they will try a lot. Given Obama's previous attitudes towards bipartisanship, I'm worried he may not veto everything he should in the interest of looking like he's working with them.

Not to mention, I have a bad feeling that on the state level in conservative controlled areas, things are about to get much worse. Voter suppression will hit us hard in 2016 unless we start changing that, and now. Abortion blocking bills are probably going to continue unabated. Already discriminated against groups are going to have an unpleasant ride before we can take back the legislatures.
