14. While I love being in Seattle right now

I will probably always consider myself an Oregonian at heart. It's a wonderful state. I think people (at least in the western side) are fairly liberal, and then of course there's Portland. It's a good place. Our election went well this year, and I'm proud to say I got to vote for the first time for all of what we managed to pass.

I saw the comments blaming minorities. It's ridiculous. One poster managed to specifically call out blacks, hispanics, women, and youth all in one post. Of course, voter suppression had nothing to do with it. Democrats without identifiable policy stances (and certainly no spine) had nothing to do with it either. Because when in doubt, blame the minorities. It's worked rather well for the conservatives.
