PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- Port St. Lucie police responded to Harbour Palms Apartments this morning after a man called 911 dispatch to say he shot and killed his wife.

Investigators arrived to find the body of a young female inside, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound...

...Police said the husband has been taken into custody and is being questioned...

...Neighbors said they heard screaming around 6:30 this morning, followed by several loud bangs.... MORE at link provided above.
