There hasn't been as much attention to Indians in rural America. We somehow manage to fly under the radar despite really sticking out visually. It's all over rural parts of West Virginia and Arizona and up in Canada too. The WaPo article gives examples in Wyoming, Nebraska, and Alabama, which are not known for having many Indians. Stealing your hearts through your stomachs.
