Mormons. I have to admit, a long time ago when I was younger, I did this sometimes, but now I don't even consider doing this. Usually I ignore the door.

As to crawling on the floor to avoid them seeing you in your own home...don't do this. This is you, in your own home. Walk proudly in your own home, open the door, and say NO, I'm not interested and close the door. Simple. You don't have to apologize, nothing.

I've done this and I'm proud of myself for standing up these people who feel like they have the right to bother you w/ their nonsense. Interrupting your life for their reasons only, not yours.

You are valuable.
