Has it really been 7 years? Time passes so quickly and yet, so slow and painful when it's sadness.

I wish there was a way to take away your grief, everyone's grief but there isn't. The only good thing about grief? .. The fact that you had such great love. There is no grief if there hasn't been love. I'm rambling and I hope you understand what I mean.

Be kind to yourself today. Volunteering a while may just be what you need. I'm sure someone will appreciate the moments you give.
