On Sat Apr 23, 2016, 03:12 PM an alert was sent on the following post:

It's Passover 5776 and Moses still isn't real

REASON FOR ALERT

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

ALERTER'S COMMENTS

Thread whose only purpose is to bait Jewish DU'ers. Moses is not real. Slaves in Egypt never happened. If it did what about all those dead Egyptians? Totally OTT and rather nasty as well.

You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Sat Apr 23, 2016, 03:24 PM, and the Jury voted 3-4 to LEAVE IT.

Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Key word that gets overlooked a lot on juries, "post is inappropriate". A post doesn't have to be evil or racist to deserve hiding and preserve some semblance of civility. This one is about as inappropriate as I can think of on Passover. So much for the "tolerance" of progressives if this is allowed to stand.
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Nothing at all wrong with questioning religious beliefs.
Juror #3 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Well, it is the Religion group, which is for discussing ... religion. The Bible is obviously mythology, so it's not outrageous to say that Moses is not real. If someone thinks that Moses IS real, he or she is welcome to produce evidence to support that claim. Ed is not "baiting" Jewish DUers -- he dislikes all the Abrahamic mythologies, including Christianity.
Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: I wish we could spend more time calling things what they are, rather than hiding them.
Juror #7 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
