12. It was one diamond earring. The diamond from my mom's engagement ring circa 1940's.

I made it into an earring in the late sixties and have worn it since then. Yes, I remove it to brush it and make it sparkly again.

It's very sentimental for me. My dad reposed one morning in front of me and mom.

And yes, Orthodox Christians do wear some material adornments. It's the inward life of Christ in us that projects outwardly as we have being. That is of more importance than mb sporting a dour face and ankle length dress. My husband is a reader and he wears an ankle length riasson as required. I wear 'prairie' skirts and long fashionable dresses for fun.

This is the umpteenth time this earring fell out. And each and every time St. Anthony assisted.

This is one of innumerable times he found things for me. Each and every time!
