I found some cards and made up my "I Ams" last night.
If I hadn't found cards, I was prepared to cut up a piece up paper. Too important to postpone. It's not "When I get around to it, I'll be" it's "I AM."
Whatever other times you go through them, Dr Dyer said it's most important to go through your I Ams as you are going to sleep at night. Best time to seed your mind for good manifestation, because sleep is a major healing time, and so on...
I don't know how you came up with 16 of them! I came up with 6, but I guess they are big'uns. I like IHADS 3 in 1
