Words have meaning. Being pissed off expresses itself as urinary problems

It's better to deal with the issues when they come to your attention, rather than wait for it to become chronic.

When someone says

that person is a pain in the neck
I can't stand him
I can't stand it
she's a back stabber
it was as if someone knocked the wind out of you


All those things are real on some level.

On another note...

Years ago, I began to receive healing just by thinking of an herb, medicine or healing treatment. It took me a few years to begin to actively work with that in my practice.

And just the other day, while working during one of the gift sessions, I realized why I have had such trouble explaining what it is that I do. I needed to embrace the term Shaman, because that is my practice. Last night I looked up shaman and it read like a list of all the things I do.
