the cross is hitting in your cadent houses, 3, 6, 9 & 12. None of your planets are being hit directly but the big emphasis is in your third house. This is very significant since the basic nature of Pisces is to NOT speak their minds, preferring peace. Not now, not anymore, this will give you a boost in getting things off of your chest.
