14. Some good points

My biggest issue is elevating conference champions. It is supposed to be part of the formula now, but who knows how much weight they give it? If we stick with a four team playoff, I would want to change the rule so that if you don't win your conference championship, you are excluded from the national title picture. Tough tootsies Ohio State and every other "great" team that could not manage to win inside their own conference.
