4 seconds. Eff off with that. If the judges hadn't screwed up there would have been no need for an appeal to begin with. 4 seconds? Come on. the coach could have paused to sneeze or tripped over a camera cord and that is 4 seconds.

She should NOT return the medal. It was hers fair and square.
