The Federation is under attack from within, by a pack of renegade Tribbles. Spock's brother arrives with Dr. Sevrin, trying to use the Tribbles to find God. Instead they find Khan Noonien Singh and his chest, genetically engineered to look like a Klingon's forehead. The Borg appear, bringing back their modification of V-ger. David Hasselhof guest stars.
