Lawyer for the Ministry of Magic. Not in the Epilogue, but in an interview. That satisfied me that she would have a happy life even if married to Ron.

And Ron wasn't stupid; he simply wasn't an academic. He wasn't quick, but he owned powerful magic. And I think Hermione might have wanted this large extended family.
