13. I wish we could get off not only the identity politics,

but also all the cultural and social madness. Unfortunately, we're outnumbered by people steep in these forms of politics for their own reasons, and for some, those go deep. It used to be a national tragedy would have us setting aside petty politics and pull together for a common good. Today, that common good has been ripped from us and relabeled "woke" by the magas. We could, realistically, be victim to another 911 type attack and, instead of everyone pulling together, people would go bonkers blaming and "reporting" on their neighbors. Until this mindset has an ethical update, I don't see a hell of a lot of hope for us.
