15. A gun was involved? Is that why such harsh sentences?

These kind of hate mongering dumbshit assholes are running around threatening decent people everyday, can I assume a gun is the reason they get their asses kicked here?

I can read the info for myself, but the point would be what about the people making the same threats but not with a gun in their hand, nothing stopping them from going and getting one.
