7. The company I worked for gave us all pedometers

I especially loved it when I was in California, visiting family because we always too long walks, both in town (Glendale) and on the beach. We would walk back and forth from Venice Beach to Santa Monica.

Other than that aspect, I really wanted a smart watch to track my sleep pattern. It seems I'm getting more light sleep, than deep. And the REM sleep level (low) is a big concern for me. Probably why I'm always so tired. I'm not really getting the best night's sleep, even if I'm not waking up, every few hours
