5. Why the 75-65 years of age discrepancy between VAMCs and local VA Clinics?

the CDC criterion is 65 years of age. Locally this is not being followed by VA clinics, they are using 75 years of age.

Yet, if I call the VA medical center located far away from me, they said they can offer an appointment if I'm over 65?
