32. You have been to hell and almost back

and the journey is not done yet. BUT it does sound like you are on one of the many right paths. I am so glad you had a landing place to help you heal. And I am so glad you are able to see things from a perspective that opens you up to the possibility of continuing treatment to help that healing. My thoughts are with you and your family.
