our troops were put their as part of the Cease Fire Agreed to by China,North Korea and the Soviet Union.

For years it was felt our Troops were hostages to the Soviets as well as China. One should remember,there was not a single structure over one story left in North of Seoul when the cease fire was signed. We did bomb the North Korean's back to the stone age.
