That would be a clear violation of the meaning and intent of this law. In this case, the judge got it right. I would love to see EVERY straw purchaser caught and prosecuted. They are a scab on the ass of law-abiding gun owners and make the general population think that we are all crooks. Most of us try to follow the spirit and the letter of gun laws. Get clowns like this off the streets.
