Trying to reduce a complex multivariable issue to "ban assault weapons" as if it's solely (or even mostly) a hardware problem guarantees the problem will not be affected AND we'll lose in 2022, thus keeping us from fixing ANY OTHER PROBLEM in the country.

But hey, it makes gunhumpers pissed, amiright???
