If the agent has the MP-5 up front for whatever reason, he has to get out, pop the trunk, bring the weapon to the back of the car, and lock it in. Who may have witnessed this? SUV's don't have trunks, anyway. And a handgun safe won't fit an MP-5. We went through this in IL several years back, mandatory trunk storage was trying to be passed. Well, a lot of hunters don't use cars when they go hunt, and trucks and SUV's don't have trunks. It was defeated, thankfully. Right now, I nor the wife have a vehicle that has a trunk.
