as it is a Church/State issue. Jefferson's wall of separation works both ways. Since I support that separation as much as I do the 2A, I see this as a good thing. Ironic that a Republicans are acting, well, liberal for a change. That's a good thing, why knock it?.

other states leave it up to the place of worship.

Which is how it should be in every state.
