The subject of this OP and the linked article doesn't fit the SoP of the Group. While discussion of tactical/self-defense accessories is permitted under the SoP of the Group, this is just a story on the fact that a so-called "tactical" jacket, without details, was purchased by a man that later went on a shooting rampage.
